Question of brewing and scribing

As there was a little confusion with the brewing of potions I decided to look into it and find a set of rules for our game.
These are mostly from 'enworld.org' but I've added a little more clarification to the rules.
Practical Crafter
Potions You have learned the art of making disposable magical items, namely alchemy and scroll-making, and can create potions, oils, and scrolls.
You can only brew potions and oils found in the DMG or by using spells on your spell list.
Minimum caster level is the level of the spell, or by minimum level via rarity. Costs for brewing potions are 50 gp × the level of the spell × the caster level, or by 50% of rarity costs, minimum cost 100gp. Potions not listed in the DMG cannot have spells above 3rd level. Potions must have a range of self, touch, or be able to affect a target within sight. The spell cannot require concentration. Spells that require attack rolls, saving throws, or otherwise harm others cannot be made into potions. Any costs incurred in casting the spell need to be added to the cost of the potion during creation. Potions take at least 1 day to make (the length of time it takes to brew a potion is determined by the DM at time of request).
Example - Common Healing Potion - Requires a Healing spell learned
(and used each day while brewing, using a spell slot at that level) and 100gp x 1. 2d4+2 of healing - Will also require 7 days to brew (6 long rests)
If the player finds rare ingredients they may be used to lower the price or speed up the brewing time.
Scrolls
You can scribe scrolls using spells on your spell list. Minimum caster level is the level of the spell, or by 50% of rarity costs. Costs for scribing scrolls are 25 gp × the level of the spell × the caster level. Any costs incurred in casting the spell need to be added to the cost of the scroll during creation. Scrolls take at least 1 day to scribe (the length of time it takes to inscribe a scroll is determined by the DM at time of request).
Example - Scroll of Feather Fall - Required to know the Feather Fall spell for duration of inscribing. 25gp x 1 x 1 = 25gp
Will also require 5 days to inscribe scroll with the spell. Every 2 levels the number of days to inscribe a spell is decreased by one. At level 5 the same spell will take 2 days.
If there are any issues with these rules contact me and I'll try to work out things to work more smoothly but I think these are nicely limited and allows creation of items for the game if you wish.
